With a foundation in mindfulness, I put emphasis on the present moment and contacting your internal experience. We can use the present to better understand how you relate to the world, your habitual patterns, and to identify limitations and become more conscious of how you would like to relate. I use a variety of mindfulness techniques, somatically focused inquiry, and simple questions to help facilitate this process. When desired, I also incorporate creative expression such as drawing, writing, or moving to provide more ways for you to speak.
I have a special passion for working with people who are living alternative lifestyles and would like support navigating and integrating with the conventional pressures of society, friends, and family. I am also keen to facilitate exploration and deepening of spirituality. With the understanding that there are a myriad of expressions of spirituality, I help each individual explore their own unique version.
